TAKE CODING TO THE NEXT LEVEL

Resolution: Multichannel vertical resolution management and up to 1440dpi of horizontal resolution for a higher contrast.
Peripheral connections: Connect encoders, beacons or UVLED curing lamps; link printers or communicate APLINK HRX Series with any item in the line.
Bottle autodetection: APLINK HRX Series detects the ink inserted preventing errors and ensuring the best possible print quality.
Speed: Up to 250m/min and cadence of up to 30 prints/second.*

* Depending on print resolution, message length, gap between prints and other printer or installation parameters.
Maximum message length: 8 meters.

FIX: Flex Integration System.

Innovative design that allows the print-head to rotate on its 3 axes to print in SIDE, TOP or TILT position (from 0º to 90º) fast and easy.

CPE: Contrast Per Element.

Regulates the contrast applied to each element, making it possible to highlight some areas of the message more than others.

Display HMI 7” or 10”.

For a greater comfort, it is possible to remove the controller from the printer’s body and place it anywhere on the production line.

Printer and LED as one.
The UVLED Curing System is fully manageable through the display of our printers, being able to configure any of its parameters in a visual and intuitive way.
It also has a Stand Alone mode, which allows the UVLED to be operated mechanically as a separate system.
Two working modes:
· HMI Driven Mode (Synchronized with the parameters set from the printer's HMI).

· Autonomous (Mechanically configurable activation time).
