Ink for inkjet printers from United Barcode Systems
The inks developed by UBS for inkjet printers stand out for their high quality and performance in industrial applications. These inks have been formulated with the need for sharp, high resolution printing in mind, while optimizing consumption to provide a perfect balance between performance and efficiency.
Ink bottles
Two types of ink are available in 1000ml bottles:
- Low migration UVLED based ink bottles: They offer optimum performance in marking non-porous or satin surfaces. They offer instant curing by curing when exposed to UV light. This ensures that the ink adheres effectively to any surface, providing a durable and resistant marking result.
- Mineral oil-free ECO oil-based ink bottles: They are a versatile and effective solution for marking on porous substrates such as corrugated cardboard. The absence of mineral oils in the formulation means that the printed materials remain recyclable. They are ideal inks for high speed processes where efficiency is a must.
Ink cartridges
Three types of 40ml ink cartridges are available:
- Water based ink cartridges: Ideal for porous substrates, allowing instant drying which is crucial in industrial processes that require high efficiency.
- UVLED ink cartridges: For applications that require high strength and durability marking on any type of solvent-free surface. These inks cure instantly through a polymerization process when exposed to UV light to ensure accurate and durable marking.
- Solvent ink cartridges: For applications requiring high strength and durable marking on any type.
